Two mutual funds declare 13pc, 13.5pc dividends

    The two-fund board of directors of Capital & Asset Portfolio Management (CAPM) announced yesterday dividends for shareholders for the year ended June 30, 2021.

    For CAPM BDBL 1 Fund, it approved a 13% cash dividend for each 10 Tk unit.

    The net asset value (NAV) amounts to 59.40 ck Tk based on cost price and 59.18 ck Tk based on market price at the close of operations on the last day of the financial year.

    The NAV per unit in cost and purchase price is 11.85 Tk and 11.81 Tk respectively. The net profit amounts to 12.09 crore Tk with earnings of 2.41 Tk per unit.

    For the Islamic Fund CAPM IBBL, approved a dividend of 13.5% in cash for each unit of 10 Tk.

    NAV amounts to 77.1 Tk based on cost price and 80 Ck based on market price.

    The NAV per unit in cost and purchase price is 11.62 Tk and 11.97 Tk respectively. The net profit amounts to 12.62 crore Tk with earnings of 1.89 Tk per unit.

    The council gave the approvals, in parallel with those for accounts and audit reports, at yesterday’s meeting.
