Russia fires warning shots at British ship in Black Sea

Russia yesterday struck warning shots at a British Navy destroyer in the Black Sea after violating the country’s territorial waters, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement to news agencies. According to the ministry, the incident took place off the coast of Cape Fiolent in Crimea, which was annexed by Russia from Ukraine in 2014.
