KTM ne macha diya hai dhoom, wapas aane ja raha hai road-going sportbike segment mein, aur woh bhi 990 RC R ke saath! Yeh motorcycle lambi mehnat ke baad tayaar hui hai aur ab 2025 mein global launch hone wala hai.

Kuch mahino se is bike ki charcha chali aa rahi thi, lekin ab finally KTM ne iski prototype ko unveil kiya hai. Aur kehte hain ki production version early next year, second quarter mein launch hoga. Is motorcycle mein KTM ka LC8c parallel-twin engine hoga, jo 125 bhp aur 103 Nm ki power generate karega, 10,500 rpm par.

KTM ne kaha hai ki yeh bike road ke liye aur ek track-ready variant bhi layega. Track version road-legal parts se khali hogi aur Europe ke supersport championships mein hissa legi.

Is bike ka steel frame excellent riding dynamics ke liye design kiya gaya hai, with a forward weight bias aur steering head angle of 25 degrees for better responsiveness. Wind-tunnel testing ke baad aaya hai ki iski aero stability cornering, acceleration, aur braking ke time pe bhi excellent hai.

KTM 990 RC R mein aero-friendly fuel tank, adjustable footpegs, WP Apex open cartridge suspension, aur lightweight cast Aluminium wheels honge jo Michelin race tyres ke sath honge. Iske alawa, is motorcycle mein top-spec Brembo brakes, Aluminium sub-frame, aur six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) jaise top-shelf electronic rider aids bhi honge.

KTM kehta hai ki 990 RC R ko banane mein bahut samay lag gaya hai aur company ne apne MotoGP data aur racing championships se li gayi knowledge ka upyog kiya hai. Kya yeh motorcycle India mein aayega? Humare doubts hain, lekin hum sabse khush honge agar ise Indian roads par dekha jaaye. Global level pe yeh Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, Honda CBR600RR aur Ducati Panigale V2 jaise bikes ke sath takkar lene wala hai.
