BoM ke antariksh mausam anumanan kendra ne kaha ki tufaan ke prabhav shukravar raat ko Prithvi tak pahunch gaye aur Ravivar subah tak jari rahega.
Auroras ko dekhne ka sabse accha samay hai Shanivar raat 10 baje se lekar Ravivar subah 2 baje tak, ek andhere sthal se, jo dakshin ki taraf as obstructed nazaron se dekha jata hai.

“Auroras aage bhi dakshin ki or se Queensland tak aur anya nimn akshansh sthalon se bhi dekhe ja sakte hain.”
Jitna bada tufaan, utna hi nikat aakash sthal – jo aam taur par sirf prithvi ke dhruvon ke nazdik hi dikhte hain – dikhai dete hain.
Uttari prakash, aurora borealis, Europe ke bade hisson mein, UK mein bhi Shanivar subah unke samay dekha gaya.
Halaanki, surya tufaan bhi bijli grid ko prabhavit kar sakta hai, shunti utpaadan kar sakta hai, aur sanchar mein prayukt sattelait sevaon ko bigaad sakta hai, jo sanchar, global sthiti nirdharan, navigeshan, aur samay sevaon ke liye upyog ki jaati hai sath hi unchi avritti radio tarango ko bhi bigaad sakta hai.
Vibhaag ne ek G4 (ghatak) star ki ghatna ka purvanuman kiya, jo prithvi ke chumbakiya kshetra mein parivartan ko sanket karta hai aur G1 (alp) se lekar G5 (atirikt) tak range me hota hai. BoM ke website ke anusaar, star ne Shanivar subah ko G5 ko chua, lekin Ravivar ko G3 tak ghat sakta hai.
“Antariksh mausam environment vartaman mein bahut uchit hai. Sauri hava ki gati bahut majboot hone ki ummed hai,” BoM ki website ne kaha. “Vartaman mein Prithvi ki or ek sreni CMEs ke raste mein hai aur aur aney wale CMEs ka aashcharya hai.
“HF radio sanchar sthitiyan bahut kharab hone ki ummed hai.”
